Enterprise

A prepaid commit at a discount, the top tier, SSO and retention on request, and a quoted Starter package.

What Enterprise is

Enterprise is the sales-led edition. The same models and API, with a prepaid commit drawn down at a discount, the top throughput tier, and the things a larger team asks for.

  • A 12-month term.
  • Tier 11: 2,000 requests a minute, 50 at once.
  • Audit log export.
  • Priority throughput.
  • Console seats at $30 a month each: team seats for the console and playground.
  • Support: named contact.

The commit

A commit buys credits up front for the term. Calls are debited from them at list price, so the discount is in what the credits cost, not in the rate card. Unused credits expire at the end of the term; usage beyond them is billed at list; top-ups are quoted. The discount rises with the commit:

$50,00020%
$250,00030%

The Enterprise Starter package

A package is a fixed commit with a fixed price, quoted at once: no call with sales needed to see the number.

SSO and SCIM

SSO and SCIM are available on request with Enterprise: say so when you ask for a quote and sales will set them up with you. Until then, sign-in is with Google or an email link, and the workspace’s members are managed in the app.

Data retention

By default the API stores no prompts and no replies, on any edition. What is kept is metering: token counts per call, keyed hashes of your API keys, and an audit log of every key and admin action. Raw usage events are kept 180 days and daily rollups longer.

Zero data retention is available on request with Enterprise: the metering trail is trimmed to what invoicing needs. Ask for it with your quote.

Talk to sales

Start at /start/enterprise: pick a package for a quote at once, or describe what you need and sales will reply. You choose Enterprise when you choose an edition: as a new workspace, or after a trial has ended. While the quote or request is open the app shows it, API keys wait, and a call answers 403 workspace_not_active. Once the order form is signed the workspace is active on tier 11.
